San Diego Hippotherapy is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to providing skilled therapy services to children and adults with neuromusculoskeletal dysfunctions, using the movement of the horse as a treatment tool.

San Diego Hippotherapy in Lakeside, CA was founded in 2001. We provide occupational and physical therapy using hippotherapy as a treatment tool. Therapists are registered therapists with the American Hippotherapy Association, and each has over twenty years experience in riding and instructing.
